You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person's information.

Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, including their features, dimensions and included components. Product photographs may include animals or scene accessories that are not included unless expressly stated.

Screen settings may affect displayed colors. This does not exclude your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Follow the instructions supplied with pet products, supervise use and stop using damaged items. Product descriptions do not replace any rights or protections available under applicable law.

Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly indicates another currency.

Displayed selling prices include applicable sales tax. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free. We do not add separate handling or delivery charges, and customers are not required to pay additional fees on receipt.

The checkout total will be shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout.

Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of the order; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason, such as an unavailable item, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or a material pricing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for a cancelled order.

We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different item without your agreement.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit after shipment is estimated at 3–5 business days, making the estimated total delivery time 4–8 business days.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and do not charge a restocking or return processing fee.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the return. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Intellectual Property

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
